Free Shipping & Shipping FAQ

We Pay for Your Shipping on all orders over $150 at the Designer Sunglasses!

You don't have to do anything special to recieve absolutely FREE shipping, it is automatic! Our free shipping applies to both domestic & international orders, so no matter where you live the price you see is the price you pay!

Please Note: Free Shipping is only available for purchases on our site. All purchases through eBay are subject to shipping charges.

Shipping FAQ

How long will my sunglasses take to ship?
It generally takes 24 to 72 hours to process your order before it ships and depending on your shipping address, it can take between 7 to 10 days for domestic orders, and up to 3 weeks for international orders.

Where will my sunglasses be shipped from?
All sunglasses are imported from Safilo Group in Italy and then shipped from our warehouses in Italy and New Zealand.

Do you offer faster delivery than ground shipping?
Yes. If you need expedited shipping please send an email with your shipping address, the item(s) you are interested in and the time frame you need to receive them to shipping@designersunglasses.co.nz. We will check stock and email you a shipping quote along with ordering options.

What if my sunglasses are not in stock when I order?
If your order is out of stock we will let you know what the estimated waiting time will be. As these sunglasses all come from Italy items out of stock can take up to 4-6 weeks to arrive to our warehouse. You are welcome to check the availability of any item by emailing us at stock@designersunglasses.co.nz. Please include the item name and colour in your email.

What is your return policy?
